An adoption benefit is available that may reimburse some of the expenses related to adoption. Financial programs include a 401(k) plan, a pension plan with full benefits payable at age 65 and reduced benefits available at age 55. Educational assistance reimburses the costs of approved coursework, and a flexible spending account may be used for healthcare or daycare expenses with before-tax dollars.


Time Warner Cable offers a comprehensive paid time off program that provides for paid vacation and sick leave, as well as paid holidays/personal days.
