Our Call Center provides an excellent place to build a career - and we're looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to help us respond to the needs of our subscribers. Candidates must possess basic typing and strong computer and communications skills. Customer service experience is preferred, as is a high school diploma or the equivalent.
Installation Service Technicians
We're looking for Installation Service Technicians to help us bring cable and high-speed data products to subscribers. Candidates must have excellent communications and customer service skills, good mathematical ability and reading comprehension. A high school diploma or the equivalent is preferred, as is experience in a technical field.
