Acquisitions and consolidations have fueled explosive growth in the area, and Time Warner Cable's customer base has grown as well, now serving 470,000 subscribers in 16 counties. Our division has been approved to provide local and intrastate interexchange voice services in North Carolina, which will enable us to bring a new level of telephony services to customers in the next year. Nearly 1,300 associates work for our Raleigh office, located at 101 Innovation Avenue in Morrisville, NC, near Raleigh Durham International Airport and with locations in Cary, Chapel Hill, Durham, Farmville, Fayetteville, Garner, Goldsboro, Henderson, Lumberton, Raleigh, Selma, Southern Pines, Wake Forest and Wilson.

Who We're Hiring

Customer Service Representatives
Our Call Center provides an excellent place to build a career with Time Warner Cable - and we're looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to help us respond to the needs of our subscribers. Candidates must possess basic typing abilities, strong computer and communications skills. Customer service experience is required, preferably in a large call center, as is a high school diploma or the equivalent.

Field Service Technicians
We're looking for Field Service Technicians to help us bring cable and high-speed data products to subscribers. Candidates must have excellent communications and customer service skills, good mathematical abilities and reading comprehension. A high school diploma or the equivalent is preferred, as is experience in a technical field.

Direct Sales Representatives
A region of explosive growth provides challenging opportunities for our Direct Sales Representatives. Candidates must be motivated self-starters with excellent communications abilities, strong computer and customer service skills. Sales experience is preferred, as is a high school diploma or equivalent.
