About Our Office

Our office is located in a park-like setting at 71 Mt. Hope Avenue in Rochester at the intersection of South and Mt. Hope Avenues. Here, we employ over 950 people who serve subscribers throughout our region. We are conveniently within walking distance to downtown Rochester and easily accessible by public transportation.

Who We're Hiring

Call Center Professionals
Our Call Center provides an excellent place to build a career - and we're always looking for motivated candidates to help us respond to the needs of our subscribers. Candidates must possess basic typing, strong computer and excellent communications skills. Two years of customer service experience in a fast paced environment is required, as is a high school diploma or the equivalent.
 
Installation Service Technicians
Our Installation Service Technicians help us bring cable and high-speed data products to subscribers. Candidates must have excellent communications and customer service skills, good mathematical abilities and reading comprehension. A high school diploma or the equivalent is required. Successful candidates will also have at least 2 years experience in a mechanical/automotive/construction type field, have manual dexterity and the ability to work year-round in adverse weather conditions. Candidate must also have a valid NYS driver's license and a clean driving record to be considered.
 
Direct Sales Representatives
A region of explosive growth provides challenging opportunities for our Direct Sales Representatives. Candidates must be motivated self-starters with excellent communications abilities, strong computer and customer service skills. Prior sales experience is required, as is a high school diploma or the equivalent. Candidate must also have a valid NYS driver's license and a clean driving record to be considered.
