Customer Service Representatives
Our call center is a great place to start your career at Time Warner Cable - San Diego. We are looking for individuals who are TEAM players, well-organized and can work effectively in a fast-paced customer service setting. Candidates must possess basic typing, strong computer and communications skills. Customer service experience is preferred, as is a high school diploma or the equivalent.
Field Service Technicians
We're looking for Field Service Technicians who enjoy working with the public to install cable and high-speed data products in our customers' homes. Candidates must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, good mathematical ability and good reading comprehension. Candidates must be able to climb 20-foot poles utilizing gaffs, steps and ladders, possess a valid California driver's license, have a safe driving history, and be able to lift 83 lbs. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
