Question:

Why does TWC bill one month in advance?

Answer:

Time Warner Cable bills one month in advance. All services are therefore prepaid prior to usage.

If your service was just installed or you’ve recently changed your service, partial month charges may be shown on your bill. This ensures that you will only be charged for the correct number of days for your service.

If you are looking for guidance on how to read your bill statement, please see a sample bill.  If you are looking to view your personal bill statement online, you must register for a TWC ID, enter MyServices and opt-in to Online Bill Pay.

To opt-in to Online Bill Pay:

1. Log in to MyServices
2. Click Go to PayXpress
3. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions

Note: PayXpress is a free service.  You are not required to enroll in paperless billing, enter credit card information or set up recurring payments unless you would like to use those features of PayXpress.
