How do I find my customer code, if I am a Paperless Billing customer?

Answer:

Your Customer Code will be located on the PDF copy of your Time Warner Cable monthly billing statement. 

 

  • You can access your online bill statement by logging into your PayXpress account. 

 

  • On the Account Overview page within PayXpress, click on the View Statements link from the menu on the upper left side of the page. 

 

  • Click on the View PDF Statement link to open a PDF of your current billing statement. 

 

  • You can also view any billing statement from the last six months by scrolling down to the “Previous Statements or Past Statements” section of the page (view example screen images below). 

 

  • Choose a month from the dropdown menu and click the Download button.

 

  • If you are unable to locate your statement, please contact us at 1-800-TWC-HELP (1-800-892-4357) and use the keyword "Customer Code".
