How do I register for MyServices?

Answer:

  1. To register, click on the Register For MyServices link or Register Now button.
  2. Enter your E-mail Address.
  3. Wait for your confirmation e-mail.
  4. Upon opening the e-mail, select the Continue link.
    Please Note: You will have 72 hrs to complete the registration. If you do not do so, you will have to start from the beginning the next time you log in.
  5. Enter your ZIP Code and Telephone Number associated with your Time Warner Cable account.
  6. Click the Submit button.
  7. If the phone number and ZIP code you entered matches more than 1 active account you will be required to provide your Account Number to locate the correct account.

    • If your account was matched and you are registering from your home network, go to the Register from Home/On Network section below.
      Please Note: To register from your home network you must be behind a time warner cable modem.
    • If your account was matched and your are registering away from home, go to the Register Away from Home/Off Network section below.
  8. Click the Submit button.

 

   

Register from Home/On Network 

  1. After a match is made, enter your Customer Code to gain full access to MyServices information and tools.
    Please Note: If you do not provide your Customer Code you will have Limited Access to MyServices.
  2. Click the Submit button.
  3. To finish the registration process, see the Create User Profile section below.

 

 

Register Away from Home/Off Network

  1. When your account has not been matched you will be asked to verify your account.
  2. Select one of the verification methods from the drop-down menu and enter the selected information to verify your account.
    Please note: The options included in the dropdown menu will be based on information associated to the customer’s account.

    These include:
      • Last 4 Social Security Number
      • Last Amount Paid on your bill
      • Customer defined PIN
      • Last 4 digits of Credit Card Number
      • Last 4 digits of Bank account number
  3. If you enter information for the verification methods listed below, you will see the Customer Code page.
      • Last 4 Social Security Number
      • Last Amount Paid on your bill
      • Customer defined PIN
  4. Enter your Customer Code to gain full access to MyServices information and tools.
    Please Note: if you do not provide your Customer Code you will have Limited Access to MyServices.
  5. Click the Submit button.
  6. If you don’t know this information, you can provide your account number instead. Click on the Enter my account number instead of this link.
  7. Enter your Account Number. If you need help locating your account number, click on the Show me where I can find this on my bill link for a sample image of your bill.
  8. Click the Submit button.
  9. To finish the registration process, see the Create User Profile section below.

 

Create User Profile 

  1. Create a Username and Password.
  2. Check the Term of Use box to accept the Terms & Conditions.
  3. Select your security questions and answers.
  4. Your registration is now complete.

 

 

Please note: If you have already registered a TWC ID to access any of the following applications or features, you will need to use the same credentials:

 

    • MyServices
    • VoiceZone
    • Call History
    • Mobile Manager
    • TWC TV™ for devices
    • DVR Manager
    • Online orders placed as an existing customer
    • TV Everywhere partner sites (ESPN, YES, Speed 2, HBO GO, MAX GO)
